C. N. Balakrishna

C. N. Balakrishna is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. Representing the Shravanabelagola constituency, he has held his seat since 2013, securing consecutive re-elections in 2018 and 2023. A member of the Janata Dal (Secular) party, he has established a strong political presence in the Hassan district through his consistent electoral victories. Before entering politics, he was involved in agricultural activities, following in the footsteps of his father.
