C. T. Wilson is an American politician, military veteran, and attorney who has served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing the 28th district since 2011. A moderate Democrat, he previously chaired the House Economic Matters Committee and has been a prominent advocate for justice reform, notably authoring the Maryland Child Victims Act to eliminate the statute of limitations on child sexual abuse lawsuits. Wilson, who experienced foster care and abuse as a child, is a combat veteran of the U.S. Army and a former prosecutor.
