Camélia Ntoutoume Leclercq is a Gabonese politician and government official currently serving as the Minister of National Education. A graduate of the École nationale d'administration in France, she previously held various advisory roles in the Prime Minister's cabinet before entering the government in 2020. She has served as a key figure in the Gabonese Democratic Party and was elected to the National Assembly for the 1st arrondissement of Ntoum in October 2025. Following her legislative election, she was reappointed to her ministerial portfolio in January 2026.
