Caoimhe Archibald

Caoimhe Archibald is an Irish Sinn Féin politician serving as the Minister for the Economy in Northern Ireland since February 2025. She has been a Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly for East Londonderry since 2016 and previously served as the Minister for Finance. Before entering politics, she worked in the agri-food sector and holds a PhD in molecular mycology from Queen's University, Belfast. Her political career has focused on economic development and regional representation within the Northern Ireland Executive.
