Carmen Martínez Ramírez

Carmen Martínez Ramírez is a Spanish politician and physician who has served as a member of the Valencian Parliament since 2011. A member of the Socialist Party of the Valencian Country (PSPV), she previously held the position of mayor of Quart de Poblet from 1999 to 2023, where she was known for securing multiple consecutive absolute majorities. Beyond her legislative career, she served as the provincial secretary-general of the PSPV in Valencia between 2008 and 2012. She is a medical doctor by profession, specializing in family and community health.
