Carmen Rice is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives for the 139th district, a position she has held since 2024. Prior to her election to the state legislature, she was active in local politics, notably serving as the chairwoman of the Muscogee County Republican Party. She made history as the first female to hold that position, where she played a key role in organizing the Georgia Republican Party convention. Rice continues to represent her constituents in Columbus through her legislative work in the Georgia General Assembly.
