Carolyn Hall

Carolyn Hall is an American politician and communications professional serving as a member of the Alaska House of Representatives for the 16th district. Born in Whitman, Massachusetts, she moved to Alaska in 2008 and previously worked as a video producer for the Boston Red Sox and as a spokesperson for Anchorage Mayor Ethan Berkowitz. Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications from Franklin Pierce University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage. In the legislature, she has focused on reforming the state retirement system, updating unemployment insurance programs, and expanding paid parental leave.
