Chen Shih-kai

Chen Shih-kai is a Taiwanese politician currently serving as the Minister of Transportation and Communications since 2024. Born in Hsinchu in 1977, he holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Tunghai University and an M.B.A. from the National Taipei University of Technology. Before his current cabinet appointment, Chen served as a Taichung City Councilor and was a prominent spokesperson for William Lai's 2024 presidential campaign. He previously held the position of Executive Yuan spokesperson before assuming his current ministerial role.
