Christian Tell Areno Yap is a Filipino politician currently serving as the 33rd Governor of Tarlac since 2025. Born in 1985, he comes from a prominent political family in Tarlac and previously represented the 2nd district of Tarlac in the Philippine House of Representatives from 2022 to 2025. Before his legislative career, he served as the mayor of Victoria, Tarlac, from 2019 to 2022. He holds an educational background from Ateneo de Manila University and Cardiff University.
