Christoph Traub

Christoph Traub is a German local politician who has served as the Lord Mayor of Filderstadt since October 2015. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he previously worked as a lawyer in Stuttgart from 1998 to 2015 and served as the CDU faction leader in the Filderstadt city council. In addition to his mayoral duties, he was a member of the Esslingen district council from 2008 to 2024 and has chaired the Sportregion Stuttgart since 2022. He was re-elected for a second term in 2023.
