Chuck Fleischmann

Chuck Fleischmann is an American attorney and politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Tennessee's 3rd congressional district since 2011. A member of the Republican Party, he has built a conservative voting record with a focus on nuclear energy, defense, and infrastructure, notably securing significant federal funding for the Chickamauga Lock replacement project. Before his election to Congress, he practiced law in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and served as president of the Chattanooga Bar Association. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
