Cindy Neighbor

Cindy Neighbor is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 18th district. Her legislative career has been marked by multiple terms, having first served as a Republican from 2003 to 2004 before returning as a Democrat in 2007. After a period out of office, she reclaimed her seat in 2016. Beyond her legislative work, Neighbor has held roles on the Kansas State Board of Education and the Board of Indigent Defense Services.
