Clay Riley is an American politician currently serving as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. A graduate of Lincoln High School, he earned degrees in electrical and computer engineering from West Virginia University. Riley first entered the political arena by running for the House of Delegates in 2018. He was subsequently elected to represent the 48th district in 2020 and was later redistricted to the 78th district in 2022. He successfully ran uncontested for re-election in 2024, continuing his legislative service in the state.
