Corine van Overdijk

Corine van Overdijk is a Dutch politician and administrator who has served as the Mayor of Valkenswaard since November 2025. She is the first woman to hold this office in the municipality. Before her mayoral appointment, she was an alderman in Oirschot starting in 2022, having previously served as a municipal councilor and faction leader there. Her earlier career was primarily in education, where she worked as a teacher of French and German for over 15 years. She has also held various administrative and supervisory roles within the regional education and business sectors.
