Crispin Mbadu Phanzu

Crispin Mbadu Phanzu is a Congolese politician currently serving as the Minister of Urban Planning and Housing in the government of Prime Minister Judith Suminwa, a position he assumed in May 2024. Prior to this appointment, he served as a national deputy representing the Kongo Central province and held various ministerial roles, including Vice-Minister of Planning and Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Lukonde governments. Born in Kizu, Tshela, he has been an active figure in the political landscape of the Democratic Republic of the Congo since his election to the national legislature and his subsequent entry into the executive branch in 2021.
