María Cristina Abades Martínez is a Spanish politician currently serving as a member of the 15th Congress of Deputies, representing the province of Lugo. A member of the People's Party, she was elected to the national legislature during the 2023 Spanish general election. Prior to her parliamentary career, she held the position of head of Social Action at the Council of Lugo. She is a law graduate of the University of Santiago de Compostela.
