Dan K. Williams

Dan K. Williams is an American politician and pastor who has served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 74th district since 2018. Born in Philadelphia, he spent his early career as a senior pastor at the New Life Christ Fellowship Church in Coatesville. A member of the Democratic Party, Williams is known for his legislative work on police reform, notably authoring Act 59 of 2020, which updated police training requirements regarding de-escalation and use of force. He holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from the Biblical Theological Seminary, where he also served as an assistant professor and a member of the Board of Trustees.
