Daniel Keller is a German politician and sports official currently serving as the Minister of Finance of Brandenburg since March 2026. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he previously served as the Minister for Economic Affairs, Labour, Energy and Climate Protection from 2024 to 2026. Keller has been a member of the Landtag of Brandenburg since 2019, where he notably led the SPD parliamentary group from 2021 to 2024. Before his full-time political career, he was a professional judo athlete and sports administrator, including serving as president of the German Judo Federation.
