Daniel Moylan, Baron Moylan, is a British Conservative politician and a member of the House of Lords. Before his elevation to the peerage in 2020, he served as a long-standing councillor for the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where he specialized in urban planning and transportation. A former diplomat and merchant banker, he held significant roles in London governance, including deputy chairman of Transport for London and chairman of the London Legacy Development Corporation. He is known for his advocacy of infrastructure projects, including the promotion of a new hub airport in the Thames estuary and his work on the Crossrail 2 project. Since November 2024, he has served as a Shadow Transport Minister in the House of Lords.
