Charles David Hale is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing the 74th district since 2015. His district encompasses Bath, Menifee, and Montgomery counties. Before entering the state legislature, Hale worked at the Minor Clark State Fish Hatchery for the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources until his retirement in 2004. In addition to his political career, he serves as the senior pastor of The Korea Church of God in Wellington, Kentucky.
