David Wandendeya Wakikona is a Ugandan aviator and politician who served as the Member of Parliament for Manjiya County in Bududa District from 2001 until 2016. During his political career, he held several cabinet positions, including State Minister for Northern Uganda from 2006 to 2011 and State Minister of Trade and Antiquities from 2011 to 2016. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished career in aviation, serving as the Director of the East African Civil Aviation Academy and General Manager of Uganda Air Cargo.
