Jenipher Namuyangu is a Ugandan politician and environmentalist currently serving as a Member of Parliament for Kibuku District. A member of the National Resistance Movement, she has held several ministerial positions, including Minister of State for Bunyoro Affairs and Minister of State for Local Government. She previously served as the Minister of State for Water Resources and as a representative for the Pallisa District. Namuyangu holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Agroforestry from Makerere University and began her career as a lecturer and forestry officer.
