Annet Nyakecho is a Ugandan politician and businesswoman currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Tororo North County in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. She previously represented Otuke District in the 9th Parliament and Tororo North in the 10th Parliament. Initially elected on a National Resistance Movement ticket, she now serves as an independent politician. Throughout her career, she has held various committee roles, including serving as the Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Science and Technology and as a member of the Foreign Affairs, Budget, and Public Accounts committees. She was also the national coordinator for Lt. Gen. Henry Tumukunde's 2021 presidential campaign.
