Debra Davis

Debra M. Davis is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 28 since 2019. An attorney by profession, she previously served on the Charles County Board of Commissioners from 2010 to 2018. In the legislature, Davis has focused on criminal justice reform, including efforts to increase police accountability and oversight of the correctional system. She is also a strong advocate for regional infrastructure, notably supporting the Southern Maryland Rapid Transit project.
