Denise Baum

Denise Baum is an American politician serving as a member of the Montana House of Representatives for District 45. First elected in 2022 to represent the 47th district, she has since focused on legislative work involving transportation, judiciary, and agricultural policy. A retired detective from the Billings Police Department, Baum brings a background in criminal justice to her legislative duties, including sponsoring initiatives for crisis intervention training and public safety enhancements. She remains active in her community through service with the Salvation Army and the Boy Scouts of America.
