Dirk Deaton is an American politician serving as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing the 159th district since 2019. A native of Noel, Missouri, he was elected to the state legislature in 2018. In his legislative capacity, Deaton serves as the vice chair of the House Budget Committee and as chair of the House Subcommittee on Appropriations for Health, Mental Health, and Social Services. Prior to his political career, he was involved in local community organizations, including the McDonald County Republican Club and the Noel Betterment Association.
