Dmitry Grigorenko is a Russian politician currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Chief of the Government Staff, a position he has held since January 2020. Before his appointment to the cabinet, he had a long career within the Federal Tax Service, where he held various leadership roles in tax administration and profit taxation. In addition to his government duties, he joined the supervisory board of VTB Bank in 2020. He has been subject to international sanctions by the European Union and the United States since 2022 due to his role in the Russian government.
