Шпенов, Дмитрий Юрьевич

Dmytro Shpenov is a Ukrainian politician and lawyer who served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for four consecutive convocations from 2007 to 2023. Born in Kharkiv, he began his career in the private sector before entering politics as a member of the Kryvyi Rih City Council. During his parliamentary tenure, he focused on judicial reform and served as a deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice. He was a member of the Party of Regions and later the Opposition Bloc, resigning his parliamentary mandate in December 2023.
