Eddie Morales

Heriberto "Eddie" Morales Jr. is an American attorney and politician currently serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 74, a position he has held since 2021. Born in Mexico and raised in Eagle Pass, Texas, he is a partner at the law firm Langley & Bannack and manages his family's tortilla business. In the legislature, Morales serves as Vice Chair of the House Energy and Resources Committee. His policy priorities include border security through a mix of technology and manpower, the expansion of Medicaid to improve healthcare access, and increased infrastructure investment for rural communities.
