Edgars Zelderis

Edgars Zelderis was a Latvian lawyer and politician who served as a member of the 14th Saeima. Born in Talsi, he studied law and political science at the University of Latvia and worked as a jurist and sworn advocate. He founded the regional political party "Mēs – Talsiem un novadam", served as the chairman of Talsi Municipality Council from 2017 to 2018, and later sat in the national parliament after being elected from the Progressives list, eventually becoming an independent deputy before his passing in December 2025.
