Eduardo Ramírez Aguilar is a Mexican politician currently serving as the Governor of Chiapas, having assumed office in December 2024. A law graduate, he previously served as the mayor of Comitán from 2008 to 2010 and represented the 8th district of Chiapas in the Chamber of Deputies. He later served as a Senator for Chiapas, representing the National Regeneration Movement (MORENA) before successfully running for the governorship in the 2024 general election as part of the Sigamos Haciendo Historia coalition.
