Elías Larrahondo Carabalí is a Colombian lawyer and politician who served as the Governor of Cauca from 2020 to 2024. He made history as the first Afro-Colombian to be elected to this position, winning the 2019 regional elections with a focus on social inclusion, peace-building, and territorial development.
