Elijah Mushemeza

Elijah Dickens Mushemeza is a Ugandan academic, author, and politician. He is a professor of Political Science and Development Management at Ankole Western University and a senior consultant at the Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment. Mushemeza previously served as a member of the Constituent Assembly from 1994 to 1995 and as a Member of Parliament in 1996. He also held the position of vice-chairperson of the Electoral Commission for the National Resistance Movement from 2010 to 2015.
