Elke Barth is a German politician and a member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). She has served as a member of the Landtag of Hesse since 2014, having been elected via the party list in the 2013, 2018, and 2023 state elections. Prior to her parliamentary career, she worked in marketing and sales for major industrial food companies. Barth has also been a member of the Bad Homburg city council since 2001 and currently serves on the Landtag's Committee for Economy, Energy, Transport, and Housing.
