Émile Zerbo is a Burkinabe magistrate and politician currently serving as a Minister of State and Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization. Born in 1977, he holds a master's degree in legal science from the University of Ouagadougou and graduated from the National School of Administration and Magistracy. Before entering government, he had a distinguished legal career, serving as a prosecutor and investigative judge in Bobo-Dioulasso and later as a specialized prosecutor for terrorism cases in Ouagadougou. He was appointed to the cabinet in June 2023 and has since held various ministerial portfolios focused on territorial administration and security.
