Enver Erdogan

Enver Erdogan is an Australian politician and lawyer currently serving as a Minister in the Victorian Government. A member of the Australian Labor Party, he represents the Northern Metropolitan Region in the Victorian Legislative Council. Before entering parliament in 2019, he worked as a lawyer at Maurice Blackburn and served on the Moreland City Council. As a minister, he has held portfolios including Corrections, Youth Justice, and Casino, Gaming and Liquor Regulation, focusing on legal reform, recidivism reduction, and gambling regulation. He is the first Member of Parliament of Kurdish descent in Australia.
