Ephraim Akwakwa Nametu is a Congolese politician and lawyer currently serving as the Minister of Employment and Labor of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Appointed to the position on June 13, 2024, he previously practiced law as a member of the National Order of Lawyers of the DRC. Since taking office, he has focused on administrative reform and labor policy, notably announcing an increase in the national minimum wage (SMIG) to improve the living conditions of Congolese workers.
