Ergoge Tesfaye is an Ethiopian politician who has served as the Minister of Women, Children and Youth since October 2021. Prior to this appointment, she served as the Minister of Labour and Skills Development from 2018 to 2021. An academic by background, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language and Literature from Addis Ababa University, a Master of Arts in Gender Studies, and a PhD in Social Anthropology from India. Her previous career includes working as an English teacher and serving in leadership roles at Saint Mary's University and Wachamo University.
