Erwin Angerer is an Austrian politician serving as a member of the Carinthia Landtag and as the chairman of the Freedom Party (FPÖ) parliamentary group in Carinthia. Since 2021, he has also held the position of state party chairman for the FPÖ in Carinthia. Previously, Angerer served as a member of the Austrian National Council from 2014 to 2023 and has been the mayor of his home municipality, Mühldorf, since 2003. His professional background includes extensive experience in construction technology and management.
