Eydís Ásbjörnsdóttir is an Icelandic politician and member of the Althing, representing the Northeast constituency since November 2024. Born in 1973, she has a background in education and vocational training, having served as the headmistress of the East Iceland Vocational School. Prior to her parliamentary career, she was elected to the Fjarðabyggð municipal council in 2010 and served as a substitute member of the Althing in 2022. She is a member of the Social Democratic Alliance and continues to be active in both public service and private business.
