Faustine Ndugulile

Faustine Engelbert Ndugulile was a Tanzanian politician and public health expert who served as the Member of Parliament for the Kigamboni constituency from 2010 until his death in 2024. A medical doctor by training, he held various leadership roles in public health, including serving as Deputy Minister of Health and as the first Minister of Communication and ICT. In August 2024, he was nominated as the Regional Director for the World Health Organization's African Region, a position he was scheduled to assume in 2025 prior to his passing.
