Félix Mbayu is a Cameroonian diplomat and politician who has served as the Minister Delegate to the Minister of External Relations in charge of the Commonwealth since 2018. Before his current appointment, he held various high-level diplomatic roles, including serving as the Secretary General of the Ministry of External Relations and as a diplomat at the Cameroonian embassy in Tokyo. His extensive international career includes significant work with the United Nations, where he acted as a chief negotiator for the African group during the Millennium Declaration and served on the UN Security Council. He is recognized for his expertise in international relations, public management, and foreign policy.
