Felix Okot Ogong is a Ugandan politician, economist, and businessman who has served as a Member of Parliament for Dokolo South County since 1996. A member of the National Resistance Movement, he has also represented Uganda in the Pan-African Parliament. Throughout his career, he held the position of State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs. Beyond his legislative work, Ogong is an entrepreneur who founded Feslistar bus services and the radio station Voice of Lango FM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography from Makerere University.
