Filippo Boscagli

Filippo Boscagli is an Italian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Lecco, having assumed office in June 2026. A law graduate from the University of Milan, he began his political career in 2001 as a local councilor. Over the following decades, he served in the Lecco municipal council and the provincial council, representing various center-right parties. An exponent of the Communion and Liberation movement, he joined the Brothers of Italy party in 2023 before winning the 2026 mayoral election.
