Flavia Rwabuhoro Kabahenda is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the Woman Member of Parliament for Kyegegwa District in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. A member of the National Resistance Movement, she also chairs the Parliamentary Committee on Gender, Labour and Social Development. Throughout her career, she has been a prominent advocate for social protection, notably serving as the founding chairperson of the Uganda Parliamentary Forum on Social Protection and championing the national Senior Citizens’ Grant. Her legislative experience spans the 9th, 10th, and 11th Parliaments, following earlier service on the Kabarole district council.
