Francesco Mussoni is a Sammarinese politician and lawyer who has served multiple terms as Captain Regent of San Marino, first from October 2009 to April 2010 alongside Stefano Palmieri and a second time from October 2021 to April 2022 alongside Giacomo Simoncini. A member of the Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party, he has been a long-standing member of the Grand and General Council since 2008, previously holding a seat from 2001 to 2006, and has also served as a group leader for his party.
