He worked as a factory worker and trade union representative at Volkswagen and Audi in Forest for twenty years before entering politics. Elected to the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region in 2019 and re-elected in 2024, he serves as vice-president of the parliament and is also a municipal councillor in Forest.
