Franck Leroy

Franck Leroy is a French politician who has served as the President of the Regional Council of Grand Est since 2023. Born in 1963, he previously held the position of Mayor of Épernay from 2000 to 2023 and has been the president of the Épernay Agglo Champagne intercommunal structure since 2017. In 2024, he was appointed president of the board of directors for the Agence de financement des infrastructures de transport de France (AFIT France). A lawyer by training, Leroy began his career as a parliamentary assistant before transitioning into local government, where he has held various leadership roles in territorial administration and regional development.
