Frank Burns

Frank Burns is an American politician serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 72nd District. Before his election to the state legislature, he served as a township supervisor for East Taylor Township and as a representative to the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee. Known as a conservative Democrat, Burns has taken positions opposing abortion rights and firearm restrictions while advocating for economic populism and labor rights. He continues to represent his constituents in southwestern Cambria County, having secured re-election in 2024.
