Frank Carroll

Frank Carroll is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Arizona Senate, representing District 28 since 2023. Previously, he served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 2019 to 2023. A self-described Christian constitutional conservative, Carroll has been involved in the Arizona Republican Party as a precinct captain and committeeman.
